RETURNS POLICY

We strive to send you the highest quality of products however we do know that there is a chance (a very small one!) that the item may be damaged or faulty. If that is the case, or we sent you the wrong item, please email info@ultrasclothingaus.com with the order number and the reason and we will get back to you asap.

Returns:

If you desire to return* an item and claim a full refund, please email us within 21 days of delivery with your request, name, and order number. The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Upon delivery of the returned item, we will refund 100% + $5** for shipping.

*If you received the wrong item we will refund 100% of item and shipping

**If you are outside Australia you will receive an extra $10aud for shipping

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, due to wrong size, or a change of mind, please email us at info@ultrasclothingaus.com within 21 days of delivery with your name, order number and which product you wish to exchange for. Please state in the email what product, size you wish to have, and we will send it to you with free shipping upon receival of returned item.*
